RNC Protest Teargassing footage

Don't know the circumstances leading up to the police's decision to teargas the protesters, but it seems excessive from this clip. There was a lot of RNC protest arrests going on that the media paid no attention to whatsoever (surprise surprise), so here's the real deal.
